Two Paypal Accounts .. Same Phone Number
 

i know we can not use same phone number on 2 different paypal accounts but may i find here someone has experience in what i am asking about ...
i sign up paypal account (( ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name )) .i entered phone number (( did not confirm it ))..then i closed that account ..
i sign up new one ..only thing is missing now is phone number ..
my question is as i did not confirm that phone number in the closed pp one ..can i use it in the new one ?thanks everyone

I think the chances of this working are probably 50/50. I also think it would be silly to take such an unnecessary risk.

People's phone numbers change and people can end up with somebody else's old phone number. But I think there's a high chance you end up with one of those "we couldn't verify this number belongs to you" messages.

Instead of possibly running into problems, sign up for a Google Voice number and link it to this phone number you're talking about. Then link and confirm the GV # in Paypal. Then you can technically use the same phone on two different Paypals without any problems or risk of linking.
