Can't Remove Bank Account

Hi. I had a pre-approved payment come out of an account which has no money in it last week, im now trying to remove this account because i never used it. however i get this message
"We're sorry, you can't remove this bank account because of a pending transaction. Please try again later. "

How long will i have to wait until i can remove it ? THanks :uk:

It sounds like you have an e-cheque pending

Wait for that to clear then you should be able to get the bank account removed

Out of questions why are you trying to remove the bank account?
