So what you need to do is basically, make your friend send you $200-$600 you buy something for him, like a giftcard, once your PP is limited you just refund your friend and he gives you it. Simple as that, I've tried it and it works & obviously you need a gooood friend.

I don't think I get a clear picture. Because once an account is limited, you can't really use the account to buy anything.

So you ask your friend to give you $600 to buy something, you purchase something (or not) anticipating a freeze on your account, and when it is frozen, you refund your friend.

I suspect I know what you're trying to get across to us, even though you haven't stated it clearly.
Straight answer: It is a Zero-sum game. Even if you get around that, you would not be able to sustain it. Both your accounts will sink faster than the Titanic.
