Need Help for PayPal Business Account Just Setup
 

I just setup a PayPal business account. I have verified the email and added phone. Basically followed the stealth guide exactly. Used last 4 of EIN for social.

I have a VCC ready to add and bank account. Should I add the VCC card first? It's an AVS VCC card so I will need to add billing address with certain zip and suite number for it to work. Once I have confirmed the card should I delete this billing address?

No need to delete it, just let it stay.
The next time you need the VCC again you can reuse that same info. Makes it super convenient.

I usually start with the VCC then the bank after that.

Should I try to use an actual address that exists in that zipcode? Or does it matter?

Also since I added EIN to the account and will also be adding bank account is it required to add a credit card right away? Just curious

Doesn't matter, but if you'd like to do that for precaution, go for it.
