Withdraw "pending" will I get my funds?

Is PayPal trying to steal from me? My account was limited for 180 days,I did a withdraw to check the day before yesterday it said something about a "24 hour delay" I'm worried PayPal is trying to hold on to my funds the withdraw is still saying "pending".

It's been passed 24hrs though god I hope nothing bad happens

Sometimes, it'll take up to 48hrs.
