Paypal asking for proof of SSN

Paypal is now asking me for proof of my SSN. I am able to withdraw funds but how should I go about satisfiying their request on a stealth account???

I assume theyre asking for it due to the annual receiving limit of $20k.
No way around this unfortunately.
You can add an EIN - but be aware it means youll be upgrading the account to a business one and paying taxes on it.
Your other option is to leave the account until next year when that limit resets and use other accounts. I find spreading the activity on multiple accounts to be very effective.

Regardless, I hope you don't have any funds in that account at this point. If there is, try withdrawing them

I have the same problem. I tried to put my EIN and a red triangle come up and it wont let me use the next button. I changed it from SSn to Itin number and it did the same thing. Not sure what to do I have active ebay listings and some have been purchased and ebay wont let customers pay.

it look like they want identify you and not about TAX.
