Forming an LLC

I am trying to make an LLC in NY. I am searching online to file but the cost is coming around $500.
Does anyone know of any cheaper method.
Also do I need to file as multiuser LLC in order to use it for multiple stealth.

That sounds about right for New York.

Do you have a CPA that can give you more advice for your state?

Yea, one LLC is for one ebay stealth. If they see you use the same LLC at all times, you'll get linked

You will need multiple LLC's in order to have multiple LLC stealth accounts. Not 1 multi member LLC - multiple LLC's.

NY is one of the most expensive states to form an LLC in. There's no getting around that fee if you want to form your LLC in NY. Consider using a different state since you presumably won't have any physical offices in NY.

So for every stealth you need to have a new LLC? But don't u just need a new EIN for every stealth. Why a new LLc ?

EIN is the tax ID for your LLC. When you open one you need to open the other also.

Im a little confused. I can only have one EIN for one LLC? Iwas under the impression you could get multiple EINs for a single LLC?

what is the purpose of EIN?
If this is for tax reporting,you need just one per LLC,justlike we need one SSN for 1040 return.
go to IRS and find out.
