Is it too late to appeal?

When is it too late to appeal to a case? I lost a case about two months ago,and I was wondering if I can still provide documentation to appeal it? I remember them telling me if I dont respond to a case,I can't appeal it.

60 days passed - seems long if I recall correctly. Maybe other ppl can provide more positive info but why wait so long?

I kept pushing it back due to personal issues,and eventually forgot about it.

You can't, once a dispute has been won by the buyer, the case is closed forever.

Well thats completely wrong because I just now appealed it.However me and this particular buyer have been going back and forth for alittle over a month now.
