Paypal Limitations Back Office Team?
 

U can no longer have documents looked at whole on the phone with a paypal rep? 24-48 hours for back office team to review documents now? Is this new or temporary?

had the same issue. want to know this myself. causes a huge problem if they are doing more thorough investigations on things.

To be honest I just always upload the docs and leave it as that, I don’t bother calling and they always pass in fact I done one yesterday and it passed today but this is in the UK I’m not quite sure how it works in the USA

I found doc review for USA Paypal to take anywhere from 24 hours to several days depending on the type of limitation. Most of the time it passes, maybe 8 out of 10 times. The times it doesn't pass, they will either ask for additional documents or send the dreaded "you can't use PayPal anymore" email.

I got a Irish guy yesterday and im sure he said every thing is ok il do it now in 10 minutes ..But he didn't do it im getting a bit worried I used to get them ok over the phone if you phoned up a a certain time and get and Irish guy

back office team, they make me laugh, there is a guy at brand risk called paul, hes a ****ing retard.
They are cowards, no-one can speak to them, like the ****ing secret service.

The Irish were always great in the past but now, they are thick, promise everything like they sort of tell you your account is fine. then boom! cant use paypal anymore, funds held for 180 days.

Its an amazing feeling saying that your account has been restored.
However, the other 3 i got passed i never got an email, i had to login randomly.

Yeah that happened to one of mine. I phoned up and they told me its already been lifted, I said thats strange i had no notification .,,.I nearly said cos all the ones i did before i got notifications ..But luckily i stopped my self hahahaha

How strange just logged on to PP and looked at my wallet and damn it still said "2000 on hold .Then i thought hang on let me check the summery and it says 2000 available so i withdrew a bit and it works ..So my limits are lifted exactly 24 hours latter ,,Funny thing it still says 2000 on hold in my wallet

Mind you two weeks ago i got the dreaded sorry we are parting company we dont want you any more on one of my accounts ..That could be my fault i left it so long i had one day left on my deadline to get the docs in ..So im gona get them in asap from now on
