cant add new bank account after 180 days passed where to withdraw to
 

Hello.
I have two accounts, both stealth, country - Estonia
on both of them 180 days passed 1 week ago, 750 EUR and 830 EUR stuck
I got emails from paypal that I can withdraw the money,
but the issue is that I dont have access to previously linked bank accounts any more.
When I tried to add a new bank account the ''continue'' button just did not work and when tried to add visa card it says ''this card not accepted'' though same bin was accepted before. Same happening on both accounts...
Maybe someone had similar issue
Should I call them

Have access only to phone numbers used upon registration

Sounds like youre going to have to give them a call.

yup, and a lot of ppl have luck when they call in for that

So , I called and on first account , they allowed to verify my identity with phone number used upon registration, after that they added IBAN over the phone and I withdrawed all the money

but on the second account they said that they need bank statement and photos of my ID , SO another proof that you need LUCK, it depends on person you are talking to...there is no strict paypal policy
