Hi,:help: First I want to see how I verify my paypal, and get a bank account and a debit or credit card for free online, but I have seen netspend still do not know if it works, I want something style of service netspend (Its Free)

Most members here use Simon for PayPal, and use PayPal to verify their eBay account.

If you already have a US bank account, you can use that account to signup for ING direct. Just make sure to use your real name with bank accounts. And use a nick name or similar name for your PayPal account, especially if you're going to use ING direct.

I've never heard of netspend. It looks legitimate though. You should try it and report back whether it works or not. ;)

I have used Netspend once, It worked to verify the account , but then when I tried to transfer money from paypal , it was returned ,, and basically my money was in limbo for weeks. But it is good just to get verified.

Which method did you use to transfer the money from your PayPal account to Netspend?

I haven't set up a Paypal account in well over a year and did so with the Simon Card. There were subsequently problems with Paypal limiting the account and required more info. Am I to understand that you can get around this now by using a Simon GC to set up a Paypal account?
