Best time to call Paypal to speak to US staff?

Hey fellas,
I got a couple accounts limited (no big deal) and need to call them to get it fixed.
Unfortunately my little trick only works with US staff since the Philippines (?) call center just reads down the scripts LOL

What day / time is best to call pp nowadays to get US staff?
Is there maybe another number? I know about the 888 obviously and the 402
