Payoneer multiple accounts

Are you allowed to have multiple Payoneer accounts with same info?
I know PayPal limits you to one business account and one personal account. I tried finding a limit for Payoneer and it's no where on their site. I would like to have multiple accounts all with the same info just a different email address. Is it ok or do you have to stealth Payoneer with name variation?

Adam Gilo who works at Payoneer says you can only have one active account.

You can only have one active Payoneer account at any given time for receiving and accessing payments.
