Stealth Paypal Question

Hi

I purchased stealth guide and am having fun reading it. I was wondering when we add our real bank to Paypal can they confirm name and address?

A lot of UK businesses use Experian bank wizard or QAS. I’m not sure what info these give but can companies confirm account owner with these tools??

Banks don't share name and address of the account holder with PP and they can't see this info when you use bank account only for withdraw and not for funding sourse.

What about the equifax system? I’m sure it’s available to any company that deal with direct debits
