Different name on old adress for new PayPal account?

I have question: Can PayPal link ( detect ) if I make account with another name example my wife's name on same address which was previously added as business and original physical adress on limited account ?:coffee:

It a good idea to knowingly use a banned address.

However, if everything else is different to your banned account, and a decent amount of time has elapsed since your ban, then it can work.

all other should be different first and last name along with different card,phone number, and documents in further verification requirements...only old adress should stay same as one from limited - banned account.
