Phone number problem
I have a limited USA business PayPal, added two phone numbers upon creation, now the PayPal account is limited and has passed the 180days period but unfortunately for me I ran into security check when tried to login to withdraw the funds. I don't have access to the phone number that I used in receiving calls and messages from PayPal, but only have access to is that of the business line but it won't ask me to confirm that but the mobile number which had been disconnected.
I called PayPal and asked them to switch or delete the mobile number but they wouldn't, as they told me my account is limited and changes can't be made. Right now am stuck, need to get into my account and withdraw the funds but the security check won't let me, and I don't have the full credit card numbers confirmed on the account to reset password nor security questions, meanwhile the system recognized my business line whenever I call PayPal.
Please friends, I need a way out.
