I am having this issue as well. My account is now a business account that I have had for months and is relatively stable (I thought)

For you (and probably the other guy), it's probably being labeled as a risky withdrawal by PP. Or you're using a bank PP doesn't get along with.

Try a smaller amount in like 2 days.
