How to handle Invoices
Good morning everyone,
I am going to receive a PP invoice to my regular email and I am going to pay it directly using my credit card. The same way I am doing with eBay where I pay all my purchases directly with my credit card. The email address is not associated with any PP account.
Here is my question: if I want to return the products I am buying and I want to request a refund, how does it work if I pay directly with my credit card the invoice.
I know that with eBay they handle the whole process and they send me a refund, after returning the item.
