PayPal documentation
 
Hi , so I was asked to provide documents on PayPal which I did but then it wasn’t accepted as they said that the back office have checked the documents and are not valid . They asked me to provide new documents and I’m afraid that If i do they’ll said those ones are not valid either since they are checking if it’s legit . What should I do . Any help would be appreciated

What documents did the request?
Did you use real or phake docs?
Why were the docs requested?

They requested for photo id and utility bill and it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs. Would I be able to upload another one ? Really confused what to do

the fact they didnt perm suspend you for **** docs and instead asked for you to upload correct docs is weird...:croc:

This is the game they usually play. They will still request docs from you even if they have NO INTENTION of ever reinstating you. Even so, they will still ask for docs which only gives them more info about you which they use to further ban you.

In some cases giving them what they want not only may accomplish nothing, but make it that much harder (in not downright impossible) to get your account back if you do.

In this case they likely know the docs you gave them are ⊗⊗⊗⊗, and they just want to waste your time.

So if I am understanding correctly I should forget about that account and get on with the next one. My thought was that even if I give them the new doc they will still check it thoroughly and say a aah sorry this is not valid either. I guess the best way is to get more and more accounts and see who wins and who looses sigh?

@Tiima, a lot does depend on what you sell - even if documents are sent, PP is known to not reinstate accounts dealing with digital sales, knockoff items, vero stuff, etc - did you fall in this category?
