PP not accepting calls anymore
 

so usually when pp asks for docs you can submit the appropriate docs and then call in to PP and ask them to verify the docs and either unlimit your acct OR perm suspend you, right on the spot....

but now ive noticed multiple times that they cant OR wont do it on the spot anymore... and they send it to the "back office" everytime and tell you to wait up to 72hrs...

anyone else noticing this recently???

Happens in the run up to Christmas each year in the UK

It also depends on the agent. Some seem to be able to review there and then when others seem unable it unwilling to

That is based on my experience with PP UK though

Likely so due to change in manpower and agents who are slacking. Can't expect the best from PP, sadly

Usually depends on the "willingness" of the rep.

BUt it's pretty standard that it takes about 3 days now.

You can try calling in again until you get someone who is willing to actually do something for you depending on your story.

paypal is not what it was years ago......security controls are much more tighter now.....
