I want to sell some product like ps4 etc all are from grey market without bill and paypal ask me invoice what the best way to get and paypal accept it with out any suspicious

Invoices alone are unlikely to get you out of the dog house if eBay should request it. Regardless of what they say, what they are REALLY looking for is information about your supplier. Unless you have an actual supplier in mind for your PS4's, you should keep that in mind.
