Mismatch name card withdrawal

If there are several complete withdrawals to bank card with mismatch name and one day for some reason bank reject any transfers to this card and new withdrawal will be returned back to paypal will they see name mismatch in this case?

Money transmitted from bank to PayPal (i.e. reversal) could show your name. Whether Paypal choose to take action is another matter. It's most likely only going to be a cause for concern if your account gets flagged up. Otherwise unlikely to cause issues.

Maybe its been going fine, but all of a sudden they've got suspicious and stopped. So now they're sending the money back to PayPal.
