Paypal Tracking
 

Hey guys

can anyone give me some help with adding tracking to a order on paypal for me there is no option to do this.

i have contacted paypal support they are useless

Was this an eBay sale transaction? If so, you can add it to the sales summary in eBay and it will be sent to PP automatically.

Usually, you should be able to add/edit the tracking number by drilling down in the transaction details.

Was the item sold directly via PayPal or was it an eBay sale?

Did you send money from one of your paypal accounts to another? If you did, maybe you sent it as something not requiring shipment.

If it was eBay I would of said just add tracking on eBay side.

With this payment, was it a payment requiring shipment? If it wasnt, you wont see an option to add tracking.

Under payment details, do you see an address to send it out to?, no address would indicate it doesn't require shipping out.

For goods and service payments through PayPal, buyers have a option to choose no address needed. If you use the link below for the classic PayPal site;

https://history.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_history

and click on the transaction, it will show if shipping is required or not.
