My Original Account Got Limited, Can I create a new one ?
 

My original paypal account got limited for 180 days but the funds in the account get released in 3 days, i was wondering if i could create a new paypal account or restore my orginal paypal account after the funds are released, i do not sell on ebay or any other website i just want it back for casual use.

You might be able to restore your account by talking with PP, but it's doubtful if you've already been giving a 180 day limitation.

Making another Paypal account with the same information would be a patently bad idea.

Go the stealth route and make another one. But you need to start from scratch. Read the stealth guide.

I've never heard anyone recover an account after PayPal have decided to part ways with you, and issue the 180 day wait email. Not sure if its because nobody has ever tried, or it was never successful.

Well i have a stealth account that i plan to do business on but i really dont want to deal with another 21 day hold, are there accounts for sale where i dont have have to deal with those annoying holds ?

You'll need to ask sellers if they offer them or even have any in stock.

As for 21 day holds, they're not so hard to overcome.

Here are a few things that will help reduce your 21 day holds down to about 5 days:
* Shipping item out on time.
* Submitting valid tracking information to eBay and PayPal.
* The buyer leaving a positive feedback.

After approximately 3 months of doing this, your holds should be removed.
