Got a Prepaid MasterCard on a stealth.
 

This is my stealth account and crazy enough the card shipped to the address on the account, I called a few weeks after it should of delivered and said I moved and they shipped it to a drop house address.

Sounds impossible, but I just got the email it shipped.

Don't you have to give a SSN to get the card?

PayPal gave me a card on few of my UK stealth accounts, but because these had not (and could not) go through proper verification, these were "restricted" cards, so they had a cap on spending limits etc.

Wasn't of much use. I assume yours is also one of these restricted cards?

Yes, I’m pretty sure. I’ve had this account for months. PayPals not letting me transfer to my Prepaid Debit Card anymore, so I’m hoping this will resolve that.

I would assume its the same. Maybe find out if you have any limits on your card.

Just checked; we don’t have “restricted” cards etc.


ATM Withdrawal and Spending Limits. The standard daily limit for ATM withdrawals and cash-like withdrawals (e.g. cash advances and money transfers) is $400.00, the standard daily limit for purchases is $3,000.00.

Yes that's standard for the US based paypal cards.
but as mentioned above you MUST provide the SSN to get the card - which means identity theft. Now that you've done that if you start using the card itself there will be a clear trail leading back to you and your location.
Worth the risk? you decide that.
I myself prefer to just withdraw my funds to my US based bank account and be done with it. MUCH safer. Much safer to use my REAL debit card to withdraw the funds from my REAL bank account without stealing anyone's identity just to cut corners.
