after my first selling on my paypal stealth acount they ask me for identity document.its normal?

Not really. It means they don't like something about your account in the first place.
What did you try to sell?
How was the account made?

That usually only happens when you list a high risk, or high value item. You should always avoid such items, even if they're genuine.

"Normal" usually means what is common, routine, and customary. It's activity that is commonly practiced, or observed by PayPal.

Then again, what PayPal actually DOES can defy logic & reason. The bottom line is they make the rules, and those rules are constantly changing.

The I.D. request can be trigged by any number of factors, but usually it's a security measure. I've mostly seen this when the transaction amounts are higher than usual on a newer account, or there was some other "concern" with the account.
