Does paypal limit the account when you sell internationally on Ebay?

I've had 2 paypal account limited and both times it happened a couple days after i sold outside the UK. So is this a thing?

I have sold internationally on ebay.com ( us ) and ebay.com.au ( au ), i'm from UK and never found this to be an issue. Maybe their is something else your overlooked ?
