US paypal phone number problem

i got two numbers on my US business paypal and both numbers are recognized by the computer! unfortunately for me i lost access to the mobile number and had to removed the number and confirmed the other number. but right now i'm getting 'we couldn't confirm its you', when i tried to add a bank account.

seems the number is the problem here!
paypal is not allowing me to use the number now, though the number had been added since day one but newly confirmed.
