Withdrawal From Bank Account
 

I have a PayPal with legit info, SSN verified but withdraw to a bank where the account holder has a name which has been banned on PayPal. Ebay attempted to take their monthly payment from PayPal, there was no money in the account so it automatically tried to take from bank account where the transaction was declined because there was no money in that account either. Will PayPal be able to see the name on the account and connect the dots? This is a business account if that makes any difference

No, you have nothing to worry about other than your unpaid eBay fees.

It's not a problem that it happened once, but check your paypal and see if that bank account was disconnected now.

And make sure that you always have enough balance from now on to cover those.

Glad to hear it! I was quite worried when I saw the notice of attempted withdrawal. Too much Halloween stuff going on lately and I lost track of what day it was to have payment ready

Yes, will do! If it is disconnected can it be reconnected or is that a bad idea?

yea, it's fine.

But again, double check your paypal and see if your bank account is still attached or not.
They tend to detach if no funds can be taken out.
