proof of receipt
 

Paypal is asking for proof of receipt from supplier. I sell clothing and home items and if I need to send them both of receipt or just one? Also I need to provide proof of fulfillment. If i need to send them one or all I've been sold? Thank you

usually its the most recent stuff sold... and fulfillment mean tracking proof that all merch arrived to buyers

Do I have to provide them all tracking I've been sold? most of I printed on stamp.com and shipping from shows my real name and address. Would that cause problem? Thank you

They do sometimes list the items they want tracking for

If they havent then I would give them as much as you can with online tracking (the tracking number is all they need)

The tracking just needs to show the items were delivered with the date. That's really all they check.

I am selling digital goods and i want to provide tracking number so PayPal will not know i sell digital goods.

Referring to Canada PayPal account.

Do i need to provide real tracking number ?
if yes, how can i create cheapest real tracking number?
Or i can create it using some PSD template ?

Real is best.
What do you mean by "cheapest"?
Don't ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking number - if caught, trouble for you.

Problem is that making real tracking numbers cost money.
Most of my clients are in EU so i will pay to much for that.

What is the best way to create real tracking numbers without sending nothing (i selling digital goods) ?

I send a lot of overseas item regular mail without tracking or for like $2.15 you can go on paypal and chose document shipping $2 instead of $13 and you will have a tracking number, just mail them a letter asking if they got the digital goods, Solves a couple of problems for $2-3

Eh? Just send a super light weight letter with tracking on it.

Just provide the tracking number and you're good to go.

What PayPal is mostly concerned about is:

A) Proof of Inventory (that you actually have possession of the item(s) you are selling)
B) Proof of delivery (usually in the form of a shipping/post tracking number)

Some people sell digital products or drop ship items they don't actually have. This is why they usually run into trouble with A & B above.

Sorry this is late but I have a problem now and you seem knowledgeable about this. If I were selling authentic digital gift cards eBay ( I know you’re technically not allowed to on eBay but not sure if this is the case for PayPal). What should I submit in terms of proof of fulfillment? can I submit pictures of my message where I sent them the code or will that not work?
