Pp limited eBay ok

So stealth pp was limited. eBay account ok. Can I unlink pp and link to a new pp? Or are both history?

Searched the forums yesterday and today and did not find the answers. I'm sure it's here!

It's possible to do but it's not a good idea because there's a 99.9999% chance the new PP is linked to the old PP within days/weeks, then any money inside the new PP is held for 6 months.

Its doable but its a short term solution

Sooner or later the new PP will get linked and limited

So the money in the pp account that got limited is it just gone? It's not a lot but since it's stealth and has like $35 in it do I just lose it since I won't be sending in any verification items?

Eh, maybe but not likely.

If you don't submit the docs they want your account is fully limited, then they allow you to withdraw any money inside after 6 months.

Recycling accounts is risky. You're better off starting from scratch, that way you don't risk yet another limitation.

If you tell them you wont be providing any further information, the 180 day clock starts, usually after which you can withdraw.
