Confused about what paypal account i should open

hello everyone, so i'm a bit confused so my account was suspended and my PayPal account is still working fine verified and everything (PayPal account i had linked to my suspended eBay account) so right now i'm working on opening a new stealth eBay.com and i live in Morocco so should i use the same PayPal account that i had linked to my suspended eBay (which is pretty dumb) or make a new PayPal account.

I'd start from scratch. Reusing your old PayPal (or even an eBay) can lead to yet another limitation. You'll be running around in circles.

one more thing should i open a new paypal related to my country (Morroco)
or a US paypal and verify it with Payoneer and VVC ?

It is better to use a PayPal in your own country. Cashing out is a lot easier.

Your choice. I'd say start personal, but only use it for building browsing history etc., act like a normal new buyer.

PayPal would be your own country.

what about the bank account to verify your paypal where do u plan to provide this one ?

I recommend using CIH Bank as it allows you to have multiple Visa card to verify as many PP accounts as you like and you can also cashout your money to it which is really great
Its only 6$/3YEARS
