Does anyone know the direct email address to Paypal for account limitation?

If I remember correctly, its something like webhelp@paypal.co.uk ?

I dont think that's the one.

Have you tried using their online contact us form to get in touch with them?

Yea, even if you email them, they take forever and it's just a waste of time.
I prefer to call so when I need something, they are there to do it right away.

What you want to do is ask them to pass this email over to the escalations team. That's when you'll see a result. That team are usually very quick at replying to emails, once its been handed over that is.

Contact them via facebook and twitter. They will respond within a few hours usually.
