Is this a new issue with USA PayPal? Or just me?
 

Hello there

I was trying to setup 3 stealth account for me. USA paypal. On Dedicted VPS servers. I was using the VPS providers for a long time. But all 3 stealth that i created on 3 different VPS. SHowed this right after the registration..

Does that mean we can not send/spend money from paypal balance any more? Talking about USA new PayPals.

What was the error or message you see right after you setup these new stealth accounts?

These are Business Accounts. Usually you can just add and confirm a card & bank and you should be fine with this step. Once you complete that, you should be able to spend your funds.

There are no sellers in the marketplace that have VBA's at present.

PM a mod (purple usernames) or TGMT² who can give you further guidance.

A VBA will do nothing to help you since you'll have to withdraw to a real bank account, unless you can confirm your non-existent SSN.

You will still need to come up with a plan about how to withdraw the funds from the account
