i have US LLC / EIN and but US paypal only accept USA owner.

so can i can use real Chinese passport and but prevent to be in USA with creative utibitly bill?

if paypal reject the utiblity bill and can i resubmit again or my account dead?

will such paypal will long live with big amount like 1k USD per day?

Assuming you submit documents that can pass their verifcation, they are mostly looking for proof of address/residence.

As far as receiving $1k /day without problems, this will mostly depend on the prior history of this account. If the account is new or has limited transactions on it, you might have problems depending on your source of funds.

it's not wise to use a non USA anything on a USA account honestly.
Do you have a green card or residency card for USA maybe?

ALL are legal like source is from ecommerce sell legal product. only address is not real and transactions is big.

Yes, you can create a utility bill and will not have issues with Paypal.
I did mine using pdf editor and passed.

Yes it can be long running as long as you are not scamming people out of money, selling counterfeit goods, unlicensed goods (things you don't have copyright for) or other nefarious things you will be fine. Its when you start using paypal for things that you shouldn't be doing that you face problems, but it doesn't matter if it is paypal or any other payment method. If you start getting cases opened against you and chargebacks you start running into problems and it doesn't matter if stealth or real info paypal will scrutinize you.
