Does the Debit Card Address need to match?
 

So I decided to just open a new checking account at Wells Fargo. Because I could get a Account & Routing number right away. They also gave me a temporary debit card for my checking account.

I used my actual home address for Wells Fargo. So this is the address linked to my new debit card. (My address is no good. Because its linked to my suspended paypal account)

When you enter a card into PayPal. It asks for the billing address for the card. For my account, I am using a random address for stealth. Will PayPal get upset if my debit card address doesnt match my PayPal address?

Also, does PayPal check the debit card addresses to link to other supsended accounts?
I need to put in my home address (banned) to link my debit card. Will this trigger PayPal? Or are they not paying attention to billing addresses for cards?

you can always update your walls fargo account to that address but that might be risky since you just opened the account. If the debit card has different address when you try to add it it will give you a "billing issue" message.

Good luck! if you cannot add your Debit card, simply buy a VCC from the marketplace.

So your Billing Address on your Debit 100% has to be the same as your PayPal account address?

Can you please refer me to where to get the best/safest vcc. I'm in the USA.

Do you reccomend getting a PO Box and using that address?

Or using a random house address off Zillow or something similar? (I would assume this doesnt matter, because I don't need mail from Paypal. After all we cannot get a debit without verifying ssn right?)

I Just need to make sure I give the VCC seller the Zip Code of the address I use right?

you only need a po box if you want to receive anything on that address..the VCC will work with any address as it is not AVS (i believe debit cards have AVS).

just buy the VCC from the seller and then simply add it to the PP and you can confirm it too.
