paypal debit card withdrawal

i just added a new visa card to my USA limited paypal in order to withdraw my balance but unfortunately paypal didnt include the card on the list of the withdrawal method leaving the old visa card there.
please friends, what can i do?

If it doesn't show up as a withdrawal option then the card can't be used for withdrawals.

the card does withdraw from other accounts but its my first time of trying in on US paypal.

Its possible that it cannot be used for PayPal US in that case

It is now...been available for a few months, but it must be a card from a real bank.

Any debit card issued by a REAL bank (one with physical branches) should work:

Wells Fargo
Chase
Bank of America
Citibank
US Bank
and so forth.

Stay away from the online only banks/debit cards like Metabank, Greendot, Netspend, etc.
