Got it since last night around 10PM EST.
Just tried it again - still not fixed.
Happy to know this is a glitch on their end.

Same for me on 3 Accounts, if you call in they will confirm the email for you.

Happy at least its a glitch and not something im doing.

Hmm... so they are updating something again in their backend.

Wonder if it's something to do with address and IP

Looks like the glitch has been fixed. Was able to confirm the emails on the two accounts I opened that were showing this error message.
Further confirmations from others here would be appreciated.
