Paypal Limits My Account Asking Tax Info
 

My account got limited asking for the tax information as the new rule for state of VT that sale go over 600 will be required and this is a stealth peronsal account. I can't provide the information for the account to be lifted. So will account release my fund within 180 days and I will be able to transfer it to my bank account. Anyone experience this same problem. I would like your input. Thank you

Generally if the account is limited and you don't do anything to try to regain it you should have access to the funds after 180 days.
There are always exceptions though - but those are rare.

This is not recommended.

In the USA using someones SSN + identity that's not yours could be considered identity theft. Unless you also have another TIN (tax ID) attached for tax purposes, you will also potentially create a tax liability for someone else.

BTW, using a Vermont (VT) or Massachusetts (MA) account is no longer recommended because of the new $600 tax threshold state requirement.

I suggest making backup accounts. You already have the ebay stealth so I start making them right so you can go back to selling again.

Hi, you can creat a EIN for free online and add that instead.
