Canadian paypal limited because the registered dob does not match passport id

Hello dear friends, before discovering this forum, I bought a stealth Ebay package (u.s. ebay + Canadian paypal) from a provider that does not belong to this forum (I think), and the Paypal was permanently limited, because the provider when creating the Paypal account, put a date of birth other than the one I indicated, on one occasion they asked me for documentation, I sent a scan of the passport without knowing the error that this provider made, and since the date of the passport did not coincide with the one registered, they permanently limited it, and the provider was not responsible for nothing, however, everything seems to indicate that the u.s. Ebay account is still intact without problems, the question is: can I associate another Paypal to this ebay account to continue using it? Thanks for the help you can give me, regards...

you can but its tricky and usually eventually the PP will go down in flames
