New paypal for old ebay - will it work?
 

Hello everybody,

I have an old ebay account with a good history but my paypal got suspended. I registered several paypal accounts on myself again, relatives, friends, they worked for some time (all of them were connected to my one ebay and also I received some payments through invoices from customers directly) and then were suspended. Now i'm planning to create or buy a stealth pp account and also connect to my ebay, so the question is - does pp detect that the account is connected to the ebay account to which the suspended pp accounts were connected earlier? Is it a good idea to connect a new pp to the same ebay or it is safer to get a new ebay account as well?

Also can pp detect the connection of the new account with the old suspended ones by my same shipping detailes (addresses and names) if I buy something from pp account?

This can work, at least for a time, but it's not really a sustainable method.

Mixing and matching accounts is not recommended simply because sooner or later the new PayPal will get linked to the old account through eBay.

My experience using a new PayPal on old eBay was mixed. A couple times the new PP would get suspended within the first sale or two. Other times, I would be able to run a few months before it became limited.

Think about it this way. eBay and PP = 1 account.
If one dies, the other one will die soon or later.

It's best if you get the ebay stealth and learn how to make your accounts

Like what nickopedia have said, either or both of the accounts will be suspended sooner or later.

why should ebay get suspended if ebay and paypal are two separate companies?
paypal cannot tell ebay to suspend his account because they caught him using two paypal accounts on the same ebay account :D

They've been in the same company, so they share info, etc. I'm speaking of an experience rather than for the sake of commenting here :)

Is seems that I faced with the same as nickopedia described - some accounts lived for only first sale, some up to a few months. So now I definitelly know that I need a new ebay as well)

The other question is - can pp (and ebay as well) track me when I buy something from the pp balance and use the same real shipping detailes as I used before in the suspended accounts?
Also I will need to put the address for returns in ebay - it can also match.

So how to proceed with this? :help:

Tri.... the answer is yes.

And do yourself a favor, get the ebay stealth. It's really worth it.
It's very obvious that you need to learn how to do things correctly
