if i already submit photoid/address proof, will paypal ask it again later? in what condition?

They can always ask for documents again for one of many many reasons. Always try to have them to hand just incase

They can and will ask for more information in the future but for different reasons, maybe you update your bank info or credit card expires and have to update it. I had to verify info again when I added a new credit card.

lately, they have been asking every few months on volume accounts to verify last four of SS and address. It has become annoying but sometimes you just have to click the box and it goes away.
