Digital Goods - Proof of fulfillment, what should i do?

Hello,

I am selling digital goods and PayPal now ask me to provide id (not a problem) and "Proof of fulfillment"

How i give "Proof of fulfillment" for digital goods ?
What should i send them ?

You can also send a physical letter with a message in just to be able to prove that.
