I open PayPal account from my wife name.I change in my wife's driving licence like name but address is original on id.My wife's original name on Id is but I change her name
Can PayPal verify it in India ?
I change name in Photoshop and create new id card.

I recommend removing those names from the post you just made. eBay and PayPal browse this site.

They may check it, or they may not. Worst thing that could happen would be they don’t accept it, and you have to move onto other stealth accounts

No they can not verify drivers license without your permission nor can they verify passports this private information however they may check with credit agencies etc to see if your registered at your address but as your from India I don’t think that may be an issue.
