Purchasing question.

Just wanted to know, when you add a bank to your paypal, when can you start using it to purchase stuff online with it? I keep getting, "Unavailable for this payment". Is it on their end on why I can't or is it due to my account?

I get that sometimes, refresh the page or readd the item to card and then it works.

You could also try to check out as guest.
