Cant use account balance!

I don't think my account is limited, or at least fully limited yet, but it is asking for SSN and other proofs to use the money in my balance. It says I can transfer it to a bank but it is a stealth account so that is not an option, is the account and the money in it lost?

I added a new VBA onto it since the last one was removed, but I still cant get over having them wanting to confirm the info

Lol, a VBA isn't going to help.

You have to either give a SSN (which you presumably can't) or withdraw all funds into a real bank account.
