I can load my NetSpend debit card instantly from PayPal but it's in my name. Not sure it will work with a stealth account. Can't really really get a "stealth" NetSpend account anyway since the names need to match.

Currently Green dot cards from walmart & Chime cards are working Great for bank transfers.. I have a few more banks ill be testing as well

Just an adendum to this thread.

A business Netspend Card can have up to 10 sub accounts which you could possibly use for Paypal under the name the account is in. This is only allowed for those of you have created an LLC
