two days ago from the "card lottomatica paypall "i have recived the sms from the system: authorized outcome but still nothing on the card

Hmm and your mastercard...has it accepted transfers before? Could just be a delay or it could be that the card rejected the withdrawal

I personally didn't try. What I read here posted by Italian members, there should be no issues if PayPal is IT and MC is not a VCC.

It's possible, but I would look for an alternative as soon as possible. PayPal has full control of any money on the account and possibly the cards they offer.
