Withdraw to business debit card. Keep saying address doesn't match
 

Hi
I added my business debit card for a instant withdrawal but it keeps saying billing address doesn't match. I am sure I put correct billing address. I guess it means the name doesn't match? I have not upgraded to business account yet.
I did manage to add the card to my paypal but when I go to the page to withdraw it doesn't even allow me to withdraw to debit card. It still says" Link an eligible debit card". I guess they just don't recognize buisness debit card or the name and address have to 100% match in order to withdraw to a business debit card.

before you could be allowed to withdraw to a debit card, your debit visa card has to be linked to a real bank account and also your card billing address has to merge with the one on your PayPal account. however, you can modify your PayPal address to merge with your card's billing address.

if your card is not showing on the withdrawal page, it means the card is not allowed by PayPal.
