I believe only strong accounts can make such purchases. Any pp under 6 months old will decline or give an error

This account is around 6 month strong.
But i get always refund its very weird

Sadly your account may not have enough safety for PayPal.


The items you mention are often subject to chargebacks. If the PayPal account fails what PayPal expects, there are no transactions.

Could I trouble you to tell me about your PayPal account please?

Uk account i have only 75pound on it.
Account is around 6 month old

You'll need a strong PayPal account. It can be done.

Some vendors are stricter than others, so perhaps try another site, maybe payment will go through.

Also its getting very hard to buy such items with Paypal generally. Many vendors will require much more verification.
